Using quantitative methods with 97 respondents and purposive sampling, this research analyzes data using multiple linear regression via IBM SPSS 20. The research results show that each independent variable has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Based on the t test, the Price variable (T count = 4.048) has a significant influence with a significance value of 0.000 &lt; 0.05. Brand Image (T count = 12,442), Promotion (T count = 4,709), and Product Quality (T count = 3,416) also show a significant influence with a significance value of 0.000 &lt; 0.05. The increasingly intense competition following the COVID-19 pandemic demands MSME actors to innovate and manage their supply chains efficiently to enhance competitiveness and business sustainability. The study also explores the synergy between these two variables. Adopting a quantitative approach with a survey method, data were collected from 180 respondents, consisting of textile MSME owners or managers. The research instrument, a structured questionnaire, was analyzed using multiple regression to examine the effects of the variables. The findings reveal that innovation management has a significant positive effect on MSME development (β=0.45; p=0.000). Factors such as product innovation frequency, technology adoption, and employee training significantly contribute to business growth. Supply chain performance also demonstrates a significant impact (β=0.38; p=0.002), with raw material procurement efficiency, distribution speed, and supplier relationships identified as key factors. Notably, the interaction between innovation management and supply chain performance exerts an even greater influence (β=0.60; p=0.000), underscoring the critical importance of synergy between these aspects. These findings align with Schumpeter's (1934) innovation theory and Christopher's (2016) supply chain theory, while also corroborating prior studies, such as Tidd and Bessant (2020), which emphasize the role of innovation in enhancing MSME competitiveness. This research provides a novel contribution by highlighting the importance of integrating innovation and supply chain efficiency in the context of Indonesian textile MSMEs. Organizational culture has a significant impact on the way UMKM operates and interacts with customers and employees. Innovation in this context involves the innovation of products, processes, and business models that enable UMKM to adapt to changing markets and meet consumer needs effectively. This article also discusses practical strategies that UMKM can adopt to strengthen the culture of organizations that support innovation. This research will use a qualitative approach. The aim of the selection of this approach is to gain a comprehensive and contextual understanding of the dynamics that occur within UMKM organizations as well as how organizational culture and innovation influence the process of branding creation. This study explores the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in marketing management for PTS in Indonesia, focusing on efficiency, personalization, and enhancing the student experience. A quantitative descriptive and exploratory approach was adopted, analyzing data collected through surveys and in-depth interviews with 15 PTS utilizing AI in their marketing strategies. The findings reveal that AI applications, such as chatbots for real-time communication and data analytics to understand prospective students' needs, significantly improve marketing effectiveness. Approximately 73% of PTS reported enhanced responsiveness in communication, while marketing cost efficiency reached an average of 22%. However, challenges such as limited skilled human resources and inadequate technological infrastructure persist. The study underscores the need for investment in staff training and infrastructure development to support broader AI adoption. The LQ45 Index comprises 45 selected companies representing high liquidity and large market capitalization on the IDX. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, resulting in 27 companies as the sample during the period from 2020 to 2024. The sample selection criteria are based on the completeness of financial data and the consistency of the companies on the LQ45 Index throughout the study period. This research employs a quantitative descriptive method to illustrate the relationship between the examined variables. The data is analyzed using EViews version 13. The analysis results indicate that profitability has a positive and significant impact on firm value, with a regression coefficient of β1 = 2.401250 and a p-value of 0.000, meaning an increase in profitability by 1 unit can enhance firm value by 2.401250. Conversely, leverage does not have a significant effect on firm value, with a regression coefficient of β2 = 2.692045 and a p-value of 0.49, suggesting that the level of leverage does not play a significant role in determining firm value during the analyzed period. The R-squared value of 0.83 indicates that 83% of the independent variables have a high influence on firm value. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of implementing restorative justice in the juvenile criminal justice system in accordance with Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. The research method used is a normative and empirical juridical approach by examining primary and secondary legal data, as well as interviews with law enforcement officials.The research results show that restorative justice has a positive impact in reducing the negative impacts of the justice process on children, such as stigmatization and barriers to social reintegration. However, its effectiveness is still hampered by a lack of understanding of law enforcement officials, a lack of supporting facilities, and low community involvement. To improve the implementation of restorative justice, intensive training is needed for law enforcement officers, strengthening the role of community institutions, as well as outreach to victims and the community regarding the benefits of this approach. From the results of research based on analysis of research data, the relationship between Compensation and Motivation on Employee Performance at the Mitra Anak Rantau Cooperative in Kedaung Barat Village, East Sepatan District, Tangerang Regency can be explained. This can be explained by the regression equation Y = 16.664+0.393 X1 + 0.303X2+e and Fcount value &gt;F table (16,755 &gt;3.20) H03 is rejected and H3 is accepted with a Sig value of 0.029&lt;0.05.
